My background is 30 years of sales training and experience,
while Debbie has 15 years as a legal assistant specializing
in the transfer of real property (conveyancing).
Together, in our 31 years of marriage, we have renovated
many homes and owned and operated several businesses. As a
result of our work, education and personal lives we have gained
a wealth of knowledge in most aspects of the real estate industry.

to you. We will use realistic comparisons and determine the
right selling price for your home. We keep records on showings
and comments in order to keep you up-to-date on the progress
of your sale. This also helps you learn of anything that perhaps
can be easily improved in order to make your home more saleable.
All of our listings go on the MLS providing you with
marketing to all real estate salespeople across Canada. We
advertise in local venues and on the Internet. Other options
are also considered depending on the special attributes of
your property.
